ECLETTICO is a lounge.
A warm and welcoming lounge that opens its vast wine cellar to guests, serves the best cocktails in town, and brings back dishes you've always wanted to eat but you could never find anywhere anymore.
We welcome you as if in a home lounge, with photos of our favorite artists on the walls, our books, the upholstery of the armchairs, the marble of the tables, the lamps and chairs from our designers, and the porcelain and cutlery from our personal collection.
For us, atmosphere is essential. The music, the people.
Our wine selection is unique: hundreds of labels ranging from small natural wine producers to rare, collectible grand labels.
Frog at the counter is an undisputed master of tailor-made drinks, a unique talent in listening to and interpreting customers’ desires.
Misha Sukyas's cuisine will make you experience sensations and memories long forgotten.
Wine Library
The heart of our lounge.
Just like in a library, our bottles immerse you in a unique atmosphere. Our wine library spans two levels and allows our guests to browse all displayed labels, choosing the perfect one for the evening or for takeaway.
Our research focuses primarily on small producers with stories to tell, deeply connected to their land and natural wine. However, our eclectic nature does not stop us from also including historic bottles from prestigious and collectible brands.
Our selection of wines by the glass is extensive, offering the opportunity to taste wines that are typically not available by the glass. Additionally, the use of Coravin allows for sampling rare labels.

No cocktail is impossible, but what I love most is listening to customers, their stories, their desires. The challenge every night is to find the perfect cocktail for each of them, a custom-made cocktail.
A passion for vermouth and vodka, which FROG crafts using his own secret recipes, along with a meticulous selection of quality spirits, completes the offering.

Our executive chef, Misha Sukyas, is a traveler. A tireless explorer of new culinary sensations. With refined technique and experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, Misha enjoys rediscovering European traditional dishes that take us back in time, reviving emotions we had forgotten.
Dishes that are now hard to find, reinterpreted and reinvented: eclectic.
